This week we will do an overview of this series of blog posts.
Hopefully, you have will have gained some tips to help you stay focused in your pursuit of health.
#1- A healthy breakfast is the best place to start. For some great breakfast ideas, visit our Pinterest page.
#2 - Learn to relax. Take time to pray and to meditate upon the Word of God. "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." Isaiah 26:3 (KJV) Take time out of your day to rest your eyes and your mind.
#3 - A healthy lunch keeps your body fueled with the right nutrients to carry you through your day. Again, we have a great Healthy Lunch board on our Pinterest page.
#4 - Let that healthy eating become a family habit! A healthy supper will set your body for the night. But not too close to bedtime! Try not to eat supper past 8 p.m., that way, your whole body can rest and repair itself while you sleep.
#5 - Go To BED!!! Late nights are a terror to our health. An adult should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
#6 - Incorporate herbs into your daily life. This can be done very easily and tastefully! If you are unsure how to do this or which herbs would be best for you, contact us and we can help you find what is just right for you!
Herbs are a gift from God to His creation. If we are not using herbs, then we are not enjoying all of the blessings that He intended for us. "He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;" Psalms 104:14 (KJV)
